  1. Twitter has become this new darling of the Internet. However “it’s not just for kids anymore…”. Businesses can leverage Twitter as an effetive listening and communication tool and use the power of Internet Speed to gather and share information. The digital world can be a great place to be.

  2. Twitter is getting too much hype. Twitter only needs to be used in conjunction with the rest of well thought through marketing campaign. Some questions to answer:

Does my audience use* Twitter? (not have they registered and then moved on)
What will we say on Twitter?
How much time do we need to spend on Twitter?
What value of opportunities do you hope to create?

    Good post though.

  3. Personally I use twitter for posting up any new articles or pages created. As a means of informing people of any latest uploads or developments.

Realistically though the majority of the promotion and marketing I do uses the more traditional approach as many of my clients do not use social media and as such does not seem the most effective means to communicate with them.
